All treatments begin with a comprehensive skin analysis using the Skin Analyzer to ensure the most suitable method is selected for your skin.

Before the Treatment:
  • Arrive with clean skin – no makeup, creams, or oils

  • Avoid strong sun, retinol, or exfoliating products for at least 2–3 days before treatment

  • Let us know if you are taking medication or have any skin conditions

  • Follow our therapist’s specific pre-treatment instructions for the best results

After the Treatment:
  • Depending on the treatment, avoid direct sun exposure, exercise, saunas, and sweating for 24–72 hours

  • Avoid wearing makeup for at least 24 hours

  • Change your pillowcase and bed linen immediately after the treatment to prevent bacterial contamination

  • Avoid pressing your phone against your face; use hands-free options instead

  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day to support skin recovery

  • Include collagen-rich or collagen-boosting foods in your diet (such as fish, eggs, leafy greens, berries, citrus fruits)

  • Use a cooling mask or ice pack as needed to soothe the skin and help tighten pores

  • Apply a high-SPF (SPF 50+) sunscreen and a hydrating moisturizer daily

  • Avoid using acid-based, exfoliating, or retinol products for at least 3 days post-treatment

  • You may use aloe vera gel or a calming mask to relieve redness or sensitivity

To achieve long-lasting and visible results, we usually recommend a minimum of 3 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart depending on the treatment type and your skin’s condition.
